SLA-plans system

On this page of the SLA-tuned plans for tickets. This functionality is required to account for run-time tickets, the response time to a request and the deadline for implementation of tickets for different priorities.


When you create an ticket if the application in the form of the creation of SLA-selected plan, then the user can specify when ordering the required SLA-plan. And later, generate a report on demand to see the successful implementation of tickets based on the selected plan.
