Reports


The system is represented by the possibility of generating reports:


  • Reports for the selected user
  • Reports for the selected group



All reports include the following information:

  • General information on request (number)
  • List created by tickets
  • List of tickets received
  • The list of executed tickets
  • List of diversion requests
  • SLA-tickets list



SLA-tikcets eg.: 



All lists support export to CSV, PDF-format, as well as:

  • print
  • copying
